Student Council
Student Council

The Student Council of Rimrock Public School provides the student body with a democratic means to voice opinions and promote positive student climate. Members of the council host several fundraisers throughout the year to raise money to benefit the school and improve the school enviroment.

NHS
National Honor Society

NHS recognizes outstanding high school students and is found in all 50 states including many U.S. territories. To become a member, students must exemplify the NHS four pillars of: Scholoarship, Leadership, Character, and Service. RPHS is currently in the second year of membership and proudly carries on the traditions and prestige of the NHS.

Green Team

The GREEN TEAM is a group of students who are recognized for exceptional contributions to the collection and analysis of data that is conducted semi-annually in local riparian areas.  Each fall and spring all science classes venture out to collect data used to analyze the local riparian areas.  Students collect macro-invertebrates, flora and water samples.  In addition students identify visible trash, natural and unnatural elements of the designated areas.  The project qualified for an SRP grant that funded acquisition of additional collection and water testing materials.  All science classes participate in the project and it is an honor to be designated a member of the GREEN TEAM.

Pie Contest

As a student government fundraiser for prom, in honor of National PI Day, Ms. McCabe was the recipient of a pie in the face. Students voted with their spare change for the teacher they would most like to see pied. Ms. McCabe received the most votes from the students (with a little support from the staff).
